Wednesday may be a long day for our region as we prepare for widespread severe stores, capable of producing baseball-sized hail and tornadoes. Winds of 70 mph and frequent lightning are also cause for concern.

Storms are expected to cross state lines early Wednesday morning with the brunt of the storms passing through after lunch.
